Cpl Rapid Awarded the Guardian Medal!

Cpl Rapid was awarded the Guardian Medal with the following citation:

"CPL Rapid has taken it upon himself to assist with the maintenance and development of the USEC website. This is a daunting and complex task, with much of the code entirely undocumented and complex. He has worked through a number of issues with the system himself, without any assistance, and has been regularly fixing bugs that were listed on assembla. CPL Riders tireless contributions have been instrumental in fixing many of the problems on the USEC website, some of which have existed for many years. Thank you CPL Rider, your contributions are extremely valued."
