Badges

Special Aviator Badge

Awarded for completing required Special Aviator Training. This training includes a modular training system that culminates in a member who is aptly trained to and authorized to be issued VSOA tasking. Members who hold this qualification badge are considered entirely qualified to complete their duties.

Aviator Badge

Awarded for completing Aviation Training. This involves the completion of the Basic Ground School Exam, the VATSIM Certification Exam, the ILS Rating certification exam, VATSIM Pilot certification from V-01 to I-05 and a minimum amount of 10 hours logged on VATSIM.

Basic Aviator Badge

Awarded to pilots who complete the Basic Ground School Exam and Aircraft Combat Assessment Course (conducted in Armed Assault). This qualification allows personnel to utilize aircraft assets within Armed Assault, but not within Flight Simulator. This badge is subordinate to the Aviator Badge.

Seaman Badge

Awarded for completing required Seaman Training. Orders for the award of this badge have yet to be distributed, but include modular training elements. Members who hold this qualification badge are considered entirely qualified to complete their duties.

Cavalry Badge

Awarded for completing required Cavalry Training. Orders for the award of this badge have yet to be distributed, but include modular training elements. Members who hold this qualification badge are considered entirely qualified to complete their duties.

Sniper Badge

Awarded for completing required Sniper Training. Orders for the award of this badge have yet to be distributed, but include modular training elements. Members who hold this qualification badge are considered entirely qualified to complete their duties.

Infantryman Badge

Awarded for completing required Infantry Training. Orders for the award of this badge have yet to be distributed, but include modular training elements. Members who hold this qualification badge are considered entirely qualified to complete their duties.

Engineer Badge

Awarded for completing required Engineer Training. Orders for the award of this badge have yet to be distributed, but include modular training elements. Members who hold this qualification badge are considered entirely qualified to complete their duties.

Corpsman Badge

Awarded for completing required Field Medic Training. Orders for the award of this badge have yet to be distributed, but include modular training elements. Members who hold this qualification badge are considered entirely qualified to complete their duties.
