	Awarded for service in Operation Lasting Effect in the fictional Eastern European nation of Chernarus. This operation provided protection and assistance to the people of Chernarus. To be eligible members must have participated in either a land, air, or maritime operation directly involved in an operational mission, whilst using an online server, and have filed an approved mission report. Land participation must have been for at least 1 hour.
