	Awarded for service in Operation Orange Dawn in Kenya. This operation provided emergency evacuation of US civilians and diplomatic staff who were at risk from militia groups. To be eligible members must have participated in either a land, air, or maritime operation directly involved in an operational mission, whilst using an online server, and have filed an approved mission report.
